The turned lip is very comfortable to drink from and now includes a comfortable thumbrest. (Click on pic above for larger view). The Midnight Mocha glaze is black with a mocha tan. A lid can be added to the mug below for $7.Each mug is approximately 21-26 ounces (extra large mug), approximately 6-7 inches in height and weighing around two pounds. These are high-fired, stoneware pieces (2300 + degrees, Cone 10) for maximum durability. Each piece is lead free stoneware, dishwasher and microwave safe.
