Review & Description
This mug is superbly handcrafted in a unique, blue colored glaze with a 3D horse design on the front and one the back. Nice shaped handle will fit any hand in comfort. The turned lip is very comfortable to drink from and each mug is footed. The helps insulate the mug as well as reduce water beeding up on the bottom.(Click on pic above for larger view). A unique lid option is available for $7 to keep your beverage warm longer and great for tea steeping. Each mug is approximately 14 ounces (medium mug), approximately 4 1/2 inches in height. These are high-fired, stoneware pieces (2300 + degrees, Cone 10) for maximum durability. Each piece is lead free, dishwasher and microwave safe. As with all hand crafted pottery the coloring and size will vary a little from piece to piece, making each piece a one-of-a-kind.
